Before Your Christmas Session

Arrive Ready to Begin

Our Christmas Sessions are scheduled back-to-back, so it is very important to arrive on time and completely ready for your session. We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes before your scheduled time.

Outfit Guide

To create a beautiful and cohesive result, we recommend following our outfit guide and choosing colors that complement the set. Coordinating your family’s tones will help your photographs look even more polished and special.

No Outfit Changes

Due to the length of the mini session, outfit changes are not permitted during the session.

If You’re Coming With Children

We recommend bringing children well-rested. If needed, feel free to bring a small snack or favorite toy to help keep them comfortable and entertained during the session.

No Additional Guests

To keep the studio organized and make the most of each scheduled session, we kindly ask that only those participating in the session attend.

Number of People

The set is designed primarily for families of up to 5 people. If your family is larger or you have a special situation, please contact me before booking so we can see how to accommodate you in the best way possible.

Book in Advance

Christmas Session availability is limited. We recommend booking early so you have the best selection of available dates and times.

Available Hours

Monday through Friday, sessions will be available between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

For weekends, please check the booking calendar for the available time slots.

Booking & Payments

The required payment must be completed at the time of booking to secure your session.

Because Christmas Sessions are limited and each time slot is reserved exclusively for your family, all payments are non-refundable.

If you need to reschedule, your new date will be subject to availability within the remaining Christmas 2026 dates.

Photo Selection & Delivery

A carefully curated selection of the best images from your session will be made, taking into consideration expression, focus, composition, and variety.

You will receive the 10 final images included in your session, fully edited and ready to enjoy.

The estimated delivery time is 7–10 days.

If you would like to keep additional images, extra photographs may be available for purchase.
